More chic Mickie than Franconian, but bassd scho in the sum.

Nice cafe not far from the university. Is frequented by students. You can still get a seat in the evening. Cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating. Unfortunately the music was a bit too loud so that it was difficult to have a good conversation. The drinks, especially the cocktails, were absolutely top value for money. The service was attentive and quick, but the waitresses were a bit moody. Maybe they just had a bad day. Still a shame. Still a nice evening. We'd love to come back on our next visit to Bamberg

Staff was unfortunately overwhelmed and unfriendly. The service time and serving time was a total of one hour. But the food was edible

Breakfast people get their money's worth and a feast for the eyes! The picture is only a small part. Is to be recommended, we will be back!

Very good coffee and attention ...

Service was very friendly. There appeared to be a person in the kitchen. We had to wait too long for everything We were 2 people and ordered 2 breakfasts, it was deliciously arranged ... but the amount was out of proportion to the 4 MINI rolls and 3 small slices of bread (bread basket for 2 people), there was ONLY wholemeal. The prices for additional (about 1 teaspoon) butter and 2 mini rolls are exaggerated and it took a long time to arrive, including our 2 coffees. The room was occupied by about 8 people, outside about 4 people, we had to wait a long time for everything. There was no time for coffee to go and a young man was sent away again. Only when the young man / employee came around noon did the shop move. Then he couldn't tear anything from us, he cashed us in, paid almost € 30 and left disappointed ...

We urgently needed a coffee break, so the coffee bar was just right. There are outdoor spaces with a view of the Regnitz, but with car traffic in front of it. We sat inside because it was too hot for us in the sun. The range of drinks and cakes was very pleasant; the quality too (chocolate cake, café creme, homemade lemonade). All very recommendable. Only the waiting times caused a bad mood. The waitress apologized several times for this, but when the café is not very busy, I cannot understand why a simple order such as coffee and cake must take so long. However, I am also a person with little patience. Oh, and the music was brain-softening. But the cake 🤩👍

We went here for a cappuccino and rested a bit before our exploration tour of Bamberg continues. Friendly, fast service!

Small cozy place next to the river, many people on the quay, always saw something to look at.

A nice place (if you sit outside) to enjoy the view of the river over coffee and / or breakfast.

Unfortunately, the price / performance ratio does not match. Were served only after 15 minutes Breakfast was then 30 minutes later ... In addition, the wrong thing was brought in. Sugar that was already on the table was clumped and full of dust. Staff overwhelmed.

Lovely , yummi dishes but slow, partially friendly service. No card payments in the year 2020 in a tourist hotspot. This is terribly inconvenient to guests.

Thank you, Kranen Bar, we sat beautifully in the sunset and had a lot of ice cubes with our wine in the heat

Nice location, decent coffee, good cakes, less busy than some of the others, bougie decor with various potted plants... While the selection of cakes is relatively small, they have a homemade quality to them and are generally good, but not particularly fancy or special. Service can be uneven but it's friendly and attentive for the most part.

This place exceeded our expectations. Great friendly staff, good coffee, and reasonably priced light snacks. If I lived in Bamberg, this would be a regular stop on my daily routine.

Really good service! We were served by a very nice lady this morning. The food is good, not expensive and the atmosphere of the place was also really nice. Go and visit!

The service here was just unacceptable. We seated and waited for almost half an hour and all the other people seated around ordered their meal, although most of them were late than us. We tried to talk to the waitress and she just told us to wait and ignored us again and again. I got to say that I feel discriminated. Just because we are Asian and the else were White? I couldn’t believe that I would met this here in Bamberg, such a lovely world heritage city.

Nice place a was there for an espresso afyer lunch and the impression was positive. I don't know what could be in the evening or Saturday night.

Not the most comfortable of outdoor seating but you have a lovely view of the river and the old town hall. We just got drinks during our stop - a cappuccino and a latte - both of which were delicious. We paid cash, so I'm not sure if they take credit cards.

Quite a place for chill for reading or just enjoying the sun. I had great homemade ice tea and vegetarian chilli. Big portions for good price.

Nice cafe in Bamberg city center. Fitness salad is hereby recommended! The only thing that bothers me personally is the outside area. You could do more with it. The tables are totally rickety and you could really get a little more out there over the summer. Parasols and new furniture would do the whole thing very well. Otherwise everything was great! 👍🏼☕🍻

Poor service and ok menu. Would recommend looking elsewhere for breakfast if in Bamberg but the cafe was clean and environment cozy. Good location, easy to find and food was good.

Even though the street is busy, it's nice to sit in the sun and have a look at the old city hall or alternatively have a relaxed evening with friends and drinks. Personal Favorite: Belgian waffles
